Orit is an award-winning trainer and coach. Originally from South Africa, Orit has lived in Europe and the United States too. She draws upon her extensive travel and solid academic background to help her clients communicate in a way that gets results for that particular environment.
As a former professor of World History at Mira Costa College, she knows about the impact that lack of awareness around: gender, culture and generation; plays in effective communication today.
She has trained thousands of professionals all over the world and has personally coached clients internationally for over two decades from: Australia, the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, The Netherlands, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, South Africa. Orit is the author of the O2 Effect Report. She also works with young leaders and is determined to develop young talent to make the world better.
Orit is an avid tennis player, yoga enthusiast, and volunteers at her Rotary Club (International Director and former Program Chair). She loves to travel and share her passion for learning about the world by leading groups overseas. She has two teenage daughters who are the impetus behind her drive to coach and develop young people for the betterment of our world.
