Situation: U.S. Border Patrol struggles with attracting and retaining top talent.

Scope of work: Multiple trainings and team building sessions from 2011 to present.

Solution: Designed and facilitated customized training programs that supported personal and leadership development as well as team building and empathy.

Outcomes: Enhanced communication both in writing and effective presentations, greater employee retention, elevated levels of self-esteem in agents due to positive nature of the trainings.

Situation: Price Smart lives in a ruthless, competitive wholesale world and like their competitors they have a challenge with staying cutting-edge, changing with the times and keeping top talent.

Solution: Personally coached over 35 emerging leaders; designed and facilitated customized training programs that supported personal and leadership development; used assessments and tools such as Gallup Strengths to bond the buying team and create synergy.

Young Leader Public Speaking Training and Coaching

Situation: Emerging high school leaders searching for “public speaking” coaching in the local Rotary speech competitions. The result is the growth and development of teenagers in their ability to master the art of speaking in public, build self-esteem and enhance their leadership skills.
